Delivery Times
Once you place your order, we will carefully process and prepare it within 24 hours.

While delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs procedures, we aim to deliver all packages within 7 to 14 working days from the date of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your shipment every step of the way.

What Happens If I Don't Collect My Package?
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a handling fee of €20 / $20 will be charged to cover administrative and shipping costs.
This fee will be deducted from your refund.
We kindly ask you to track your delivery and collect your package on time to avoid any additional charges.
